The heaviest pen I own, the Apogee in medium point. After a week with this, I regretted getting it in medium, but all it really means is that I don’t use it in my Moleskine. It’s still quie good for work. It is a fantastic pen, but so very heavy, especially with the cap posted.
The ink is mostly Montblanc black, with a splash of Waterman black in it. Montblanc ink I’ve finally decided is too thin for my tastes, but I don’t have the heart to get rid of it, so I’m trying to use it up quickly. Ditto for the Quink, which I simply don’t like.
Oh yes, and CAMERAS ARE KILLING ME!

This spindly pen came to us encased in not one, but FIVE, yes, FIVE very glossy, probably non-recycleable boxes, one of which claimed that it was more effective than internet advertising. This was sent to a 100% online marketing agency – d’oh! This has got to be one of the worst campaigns i have ever seen from an environment and a not-knowing-your-audience point of view! Needless to say, not sure i will be purchasing Bic pens anymore!

Another fountain pen. I couldn’t resist, especially with a big bulbous rubbery lump like that to grab hold of.
A close-up of the nib and rubbery grip. Funny stuff, but it’s quite pleasant to hold, and that nib is *very* smooth.
